Zumba®
Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries & 500-700 calories. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” in order for Zumba® participants to stick to the Zumba® fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba® is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a “feel-happy” workout. . .be prepared to sweat!
  Zumba Toning®
ZT is a blend of body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba® moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You’ll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba® Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
  Zumba Gold®
Zumba® Beginner (Gold) is a series of fitness programs specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and International dance rhythms created in the original Zumba® and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and the other special populations that may need modifications for success.
  20/20/20
Fabulous aerobic/cross training workout all in 1 hour! We start with 20 minutes of Zumba® / 20 minutes of kickboxing / 20 minutes of Toning.

The “ish” is up to Chrissy and it promises to be the best part of the “20″ hahaha!

  30/30®
This workout gives you the combination of 30 minutes of Zumba® first followed by 30 minutes of core fitness. The core fitness is instructor by ZYP’s own personal trainer Barry Bourassa. We should just call this workout RESULTS!!
  ZYP HITS®
This class is full on fun while dancing & burning calories to the Top 40 songs from the 70′s, 80′s, 90′s and today! The instuctor will vary each week. Feel free to request your favorite songs to add them to the ZYP “HIT LIST”!!!!

 HIP HOP

One continuous cardio hour using the latest and the greatest hit songs. Dance, using the hottest moves and take it right to the club! Don’t be fooled by all the fun, you will sweat your butt off!

 The Clinic

This class helps you to recognize which muscle groups you are involving while you dance your way through all the rhythms we use in our Zumba classes. We will go over, in detail, the correct form you need to get the maximum results in your regular Zumba classes. Remember it’s called “Zumba Fitness” emphasis on Fitness for this class. It is NOT a continuous hour of cardio but expect to work your butt off!!
